How to Order
We have made ordering Nirvana Chocolates as simple as possible for you. Please follow these steps:
1. Input your selection. Based on this, we will ship your quantities.
2. Fill in the "ship to" information. We need both your address and any gift recipient's.
3. Fill in the Payment information.

    How do I use my coupon code?
    If you have a coupon code, please select your item(s) and proceed to checkout. Enter your coupon number in the "Coupon Code" field shown in the shipping section

    Can I order gifts for multiple recipients?
    Yes, you can. During checkout, you have the option of selecting multiple recipients. You can also select which products go to which recipient.

    Sales tax
    Since we are based in Massachusetts and shipping out a food item, there is no sales tax on our products.

    Do you offer discounts for large orders?
    Yes, we offer discounts for large orders. Discounts are calculated as follows.


    $500- $999 5% Discount
    $1,000 - $1,999 10% Discount
    $2,000- $2,999 15% Discount
    $3,000 and over 20% Discount

    What are my shipping options?
    We ship Standard, 2nd day and Express (Next Day) throughout the United States and Standard to Canada. Click here to see shipping costs.

    What is your return policy?
    If you need to return your item due to error, defects, damage during shipping, or for any other reason, please notify Customer Service within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money. Please note that if you request a refund, we will remit the full purchase price of the items you return excluding shipping charges.

    Can I track my order?
    Yes. You will receive and email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Can an order be shipped outside the US or to P.O. Boxes?
    At this time, we can only ship your product to recipients located within the United States or Canada. We are unable to ship packages to international addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. Please note that these packages can not be tracked.

    Can I customize my box of chocolates?
    Yes! One of the unique features of our site is the ability to create your own box of chocolates with your favorite chocolate varieties. You have the option of building a ½ lb (16 pieces) box or 1 lb. (32 pieces) box. Click here to start making your customized gift box.

    What makes Nirvana Chocolates special?
    Nirvana Chocolates are individually hand-made by award winning chocolatiers in Belgium. Using centuries-old chocolate-making methods, supreme taste is achieved through a skillful contrast of textures and flavors. The foundation of Nirvana chocolates is rich cocoa beans from Africa, which are stronger and more present than the milder American beans, used by American chocolatiers. Add to that fresh cream, butter and sugar and you have the basis upon which all Nirvana Chocolates are made. The couverture that is used is made with the highest quality Callebaut chocolate, the world-famous premium-quality chocolate supplier. Traditional artistry combined with unique flavors create a harmonious balance of taste sensations.

    Nirvana Chocolates are always made in small batches so that the freshest chocolate possible is guaranteed. Because our ingredients are pure and wholesome, the smooth supreme quality is attained.     Are Nirvana Chocolates Kosher?
    Although our chocolates are made with fresh and all-natural ingredients, our workshop in Belgium where the chocolates are crafted has not been kosher certified. We are working on becoming a certified Kosher product line in the near future.

    Do any of your chocolates contain nuts?
    Some of our chocolates do not contain nuts. However, all of our chocolates are made on the same production line, therefore chocolates not containing nuts may have come into contact with nuts and/or nut oils.

    Do you sell sugar-free chocolates?
    Currently, our product line does not offer sugar-free products. However, our partner www.chocolatesource.com does offer sugar-free products.

    Do you sell favors for weddings/parties?
    For weddings, parties, and other special events, Nirvana Chocolates has the perfect party favor for your guests. From elegant pairs of truffles to gourmet gift baskets, your recipient will love the gift of imported Belgian chocolate and treats. We can personalize your items with the name and date of your event.     I am a chocoholic - Do you have any chocolate clubs?
    There are three different memberships to choose from: Yearly, 3- Month, 6- Month or Seasonal memberships. Each month, a 1 lb. gift-box of delectable Nirvana chocolates will be shipped to your recipient. You can select from our Assorted, All-Milk or All-Dark chocolate varieties, depending on your recipient's preference. Click here to learn more.
